Before You Inquire

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your date and allow time for any custom elements like printed photo boards or custom neon signs. For weekend dates (especially Friday–Saturday), 4+ weeks is ideal. Last-minute inquiries (under 1 week) may be accommodated based on availability — just reach out.
Can you set up at any location in Atlanta?
Yes — we can set up at outdoor locations (Piedmont Park, The Atlanta Beltline, private backyards), indoor venues, restaurants, rooftops, and more. For private venues, you are responsible for any required permits or venue fees. We can also help recommend or coordinate venue booking as part of The Luxe package.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your proposal date. We accept PayPal and Venmo.
Do packages include photography?
Photography is not included in The Romantic or The Grand packages, but we have a trusted network of Atlanta proposal photographers we can refer you to. Photography coordination is included in The Luxe package. Ask us for referrals when you inquire.
What if it rains for an outdoor proposal?
We monitor weather closely and will contact you 48 hours before your proposal if conditions look unfavorable. We can help you quickly pivot to an indoor backup location or reschedule to another date at no additional charge (subject to availability).
Can I rent just the arch and neon sign without a full package?
Yes! The rose heart arch and "She Said Yes" neon sign are available as a standalone rental starting at $300, which includes delivery, setup, and breakdown. Reach out via our inquiry form to check availability for your date.
