How far in advance should we book?
For Full Service and Partial Planning, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak Atlanta wedding season (April–June and September–November). Month-of Coordination should be booked at least 3–4 months out. Timeline Design can often be booked 4–6 weeks before your date.
Do you work with a specific budget range?
We work with a variety of budgets and customize our services accordingly. Our package pricing starts at $200 for Timeline Design and $1,200 for Month-of Coordination. We're transparent about pricing from the first conversation — no surprises.
Do you coordinate both ceremony and reception?
Yes — all coordination packages include both ceremony and reception management. We're on-site from setup through the last dance and handle all vendor coordination throughout the entire event.
Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
Absolutely. We're vendor-agnostic and work seamlessly with any vendors you've already selected. We'll reach out to confirm details, build out their timelines, and make sure everyone is aligned on your wedding day vision.
What's the difference between a planner and a coordinator?
A planner helps you make decisions and build your wedding from scratch. A coordinator takes over closer to the date and manages execution. We offer both — our Full Service package is true planning; Month-of Coordination is pure execution. Most Atlanta couples need one or the other based on how involved they want to be.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before your wedding. For Full Service packages, we can structure payments across your planning period. We accept PayPal and Venmo.
