What kinds of events do you plan besides weddings?
Birthdays, anniversaries, baby & bridal showers, engagement parties, corporate events, brand launches, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, charity galas, and more. If it's an event in Atlanta, we've likely planned a version of it before.
How far in advance should we book?
For Full Planning, we recommend booking 4–6 months out for events under 100 guests, 6–9 months for larger ones. Month-of Coordination should be booked at least 8–10 weeks before your event.
Do you handle the venue, or do we book that?
Both options work. Full Planning includes venue research and booking. If you've already secured a venue, we work with whatever space you've chosen. We have strong relationships with most Atlanta event venues and can usually negotiate better terms than booking direct.
Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
Absolutely. We're vendor-agnostic. We'll reach out to any vendors you've selected, build out their timelines, and confirm details. We coordinate seamlessly whether they're our regulars or new to us.
Do you handle the budget, or do we?
For Full and Partial Planning, we manage the budget alongside you — tracking spend, flagging overages, and negotiating where possible. For Month-of Coordination, we work within whatever budget you've already committed to. Either way, we're transparent about every dollar.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days before your event. For Full Planning packages, we can structure payments across the planning period. We accept PayPal and Venmo.
